Fabric
Bed linen is made in long-staple combed cotton, which gives a smoother, stronger yarn than short-staple cotton. Towels and bath mats are woven in ring-spun combed cotton terry.
Thread count
Bed linen from 300 to 600 TC. We recommend thread count per room category, balancing hand-feel against laundry durability. Thread count guide
GSM
Bath linen from 550 to 900 GSM: lighter weights dry faster, heavier weights feel plusher. Bath mats are 900 GSM. Towel GSM guide
Stitching
Reinforced, lock-stitched seams on bed linen and double-stitched hems with reinforced side selvedges on towels, where commercial wear is greatest.
Finishing
Bed linen is sanforised (pre-shrunk) so it keeps its dimensions through laundering and ironing. Borders, piping and embroidery are finished to the approved specification.
Colour consistency
Whites and custom colours are checked against the approved specification, so rooms stay consistent across repeat orders.
Quality inspection
Finished pieces are checked for size, stitching, finish and colour before packing.
Commercial washing
