Can you manufacture custom sizes?
Yes. Share your mattress, duvet, pillow and towel dimensions and we will make each item to size.
Can you add our hotel logo?
Yes. Logo embroidery is one of our standard customisation options. Send your artwork with the quote request and tell us where the logo should sit on each item.
Do you provide custom colours?
Yes. Alongside white, custom colours are available for bed linen and bath linen, including contrast borders and piping. Share a reference or brand colour code with your enquiry.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Minimum quantities depend on the product and on how much customisation is involved - a plain white sheet and a logo-embroidered, custom-dyed duvet cover are planned differently. Share your estimated quantities in the quote form and we will confirm the minimum for your specification.
Do you supply hotels outside India?
Yes. Hibernation supplies hospitality businesses in India, the Middle East (including the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Qatar) and Australia & Oceania. Delivery terms are agreed as part of each quotation.
