About our hotel towels
Hotel towels have two jobs: to feel generous to the guest and to survive the laundry. Hibernation towels are woven in ring-spun combed cotton terry, with dense loops for absorbency and double-stitched hems and reinforced side selvedges that resist fraying.
Our bath towel is a generous 70 x 140 cm at 600 GSM, and our hand towel is 40 x 70 cm at 550 GSM. Weights and sizes can be adjusted anywhere across our 550 to 900 GSM range, so you can specify a lighter towel for fast-turnover rooms and a heavier one for suites.

Care and laundering
Terry towels keep their softness and absorbency longest when they are not over-dried and not overloaded with fabric softener, which coats the loops and reduces absorbency. Launder new towels before first use to open the loops, keep bleach use controlled, and rotate stock evenly across your par level. Share your laundry's programme with us when specifying GSM and construction.

What GSM should a luxury hotel towel be?
Luxury hotels commonly specify bath towels from around 650 GSM upwards for a plush feel, while 550-600 GSM is a practical choice for business and high-occupancy hotels. Heavier towels feel more luxurious but take longer to dry. See our towel GSM guide.
What size is a hotel bath towel?
Our standard hotel bath towel is 70 x 140 cm. Larger bath sheets and other sizes can be made to order.
Can towels be made in colours other than white?
Yes, custom colours are available. White remains the most common choice for hotels because it signals cleanliness and is easiest to launder consistently.
Can you add our hotel logo?
Yes. Logo embroidery is one of our standard customisation options. Send your artwork with the quote request and tell us where the logo should sit on each item.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Minimum quantities depend on the product and on how much customisation is involved - a plain white sheet and a logo-embroidered, custom-dyed duvet cover are planned differently. Share your estimated quantities in the quote form and we will confirm the minimum for your specification.
