Who we are

This website is operated by Hibernation, a supplier of hospitality textiles. You can contact us at contact@hibernation.in or +91 98951 59439.

Information we collect

The quote request and contact forms do not send your details to our website's servers. When you choose Send via WhatsApp or Send via Email, your details are placed into a WhatsApp message or an email in your own app, and we receive them only when you press send. We then hold the information you sent us: typically your name, company, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, country, city and requirements.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotations and communicate with you about your order. We do not sell your information.

Service providers

Messages you send us by WhatsApp or email are handled by those services under their own privacy policies. The website is hosted on Vercel and loads fonts from Google Fonts. If analytics are enabled, Google Analytics is used to understand how the website is used.

Retention

We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond to you and manage any resulting business relationship. [Retention period to be confirmed.]

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you have sent us by emailing contact@hibernation.in.
