About our jacquard collection
In a jacquard weave the pattern is created by the weave itself, not printed on the surface. Individual threads are lifted as the cloth is woven, so the motif becomes part of the fabric. The result is a tonal, light-catching design that looks refined from across the room and feels smooth to the touch.
Hibernation's Jacquard Collection brings this finish to hotel bed linen - bed linen sets, duvet covers, pillow covers and bed runners - in designs from classic damask to clean geometric lines, and in tonal colours from white to champagne.

Care and laundering
Launder jacquard linen on the programme agreed for its fibre, avoid overloading machines and very high drying heat, and iron or finish on the reverse where possible to protect the sheen of the woven pattern.

What is jacquard bed linen?
Jacquard is a weaving method in which the pattern is formed by the weave itself rather than printed on the fabric. It gives bed linen a tonal, textured design that catches the light, which is why it is a favourite for luxury hotel rooms and suites.
Will the pattern wear off in commercial laundering?
Because the design is woven into the cloth rather than printed on the surface, there is no print layer to wash away. Like all hotel linen, jacquard still lasts longest when laundered on the right programme for its fibre.
Can you create a custom jacquard design for our hotel?

Which colours are available?
