Linen for Hotels

From business hotels to five-star properties: bed and bath linen specified room by room, for housekeeping teams and laundries as well as for guests.

Hotel guest room with a bed dressed in white linen

A hotel's linen has to satisfy three audiences at once. Guests notice the feel of the sheets and the weight of the towels. Housekeeping needs pieces that are quick to change and easy to identify by size. And the laundry - on site or outsourced - needs fabric that survives hundreds of cycles without shrinking, greying or fraying.

We help hotels balance those needs by specifying linen per room category, rather than one specification for the whole building.

What we specify for

Specification by room category

Standard rooms often use durable 300-400 TC sheets and 550-600 GSM towels; suites move up to 600 TC and heavier towels. Budget goes where guests notice it.

Housekeeping efficiency

Deep-pocket fitted sheets, duvet cover closures chosen for your team and clear size labelling speed up every room turnover.

Laundry durability

Pre-shrunk fabric, reinforced hems and double-stitched towel edges extend service life in commercial washing.

Brand consistency

Consistent whites across repeat orders, and optional logo embroidery, borders and piping, keep every room on-brand.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Can we use different specifications for different room types?

Yes, and we recommend it. Tell us your room categories and we will suggest thread counts and towel weights for each.

How many sets of linen does a hotel need per bed?

Most hotels plan on a par level of three to five sets per bed - in the room, in the laundry and in storage - depending on laundry turnaround. See our procurement checklist.
